Toastmasters Educational Program The goal of Toastmasters educational program is help members to become a better communicator and leaders. The Toastmasters International has revised its educational program recently. Its educational program is divided into two tracks -- a communication track and a leadership track. The tracks are not mutually exclusive. Members are free to choose which track they are interested. You learn how to listen, think critically, plan, organize, manage time, facilitate, motivate, mentor and build a team.
